Anything unfired, unused and in its original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item arrives and has been checked.

Firearms

Once a firearm has been transferred to you at the dealer, it is legally yours and we cannot take it back as a return. If a firearm arrives at the dealer damaged or not as described, do not complete the transfer - tell the dealer and email us the same day, and we will handle it with the shipper.

Ammunition

Ammunition cannot be returned once it has left us, for safety reasons. If the wrong item arrives, or a box is damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it.

Items that cannot be transferred where you live

If your order contains something that cannot legally go to your address, that is on us to catch. We refund it the same day we see it, with no restocking fee and no argument.

Restocking

No restocking fee on a straight return inside 30 days. Return shipping is yours unless the fault is ours - wrong item, damaged item, or something we should not have sold you.
