Talk to the counter
We answer email, and a person reads it. Most replies go out the same business day, Monday to Friday, and on weekends we are slower but not absent.
If your message is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about a transfer, include the town your dealer is in and we can usually tell you straight away whether it will clear.
What we can help with
- Whether an item can be transferred to your county
- Finding a licensed dealer near you who takes transfers
- Stock and timing on a specific model or calibre
- Order status, payment, returns
What we cannot do
We cannot give legal advice, and we cannot ship a firearm to your home address. We also cannot hold an item without an order behind it - the catalogue moves too quickly for that to be fair to anyone.
Where we are
We are an online dealer serving New York State. There is no public counter, so please do not plan a visit. Firearms are shipped to the licensed dealer you choose, wherever you are in the state.
