OUTSTANDING!!

This was an early Christmas present and I can praise this gun enough. It is a perfect fit in the hand and the sights are great. I already have 5-600 round through it and I haven’t had an issue at all. The only down side I can see is the trigger, it is gritty and has a lot of uptake. S&W advertises it at 5-5.5lbs but it feels more like 7lb. For me it is in no way a deal breaker, there are great aftermarket trigger kits that are cheap and easy to install. If I had it all to do over again, I would buy it again in a heart beat, and get another one for a friend. It’s that good.

Got an opportunity to shoot one of these here a while back…Best gun I have ever shot…feels good in your hand and is dead on accurate. I have been thinking about this gun for months and plan on having one here soon. This is the only home defense weapon you will ever need in your life. Great job S&W….you have a winner here!!!

How do I start the return process?

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
