Description

The P320 is a polymer-framed service pistol designed from the ground up with the input of law enforcement officers. The result is the most operator-safety focused striker duty pistol on the market today.

Taking into account the concerns of military and police training officers, the P320 provides an enhanced level of safety not found on most modern service pistols. Unlike its competitors, the P320 does not require the operator to pull the trigger nor use a special tool to take-down the firearm for cleaning or routine maintenance.

Featuring a modular grip frame and removable fire control assembly pioneered by Sig Sauer, the P320 is customizable to any hand size or duty requirement. The P320 can quickly be converted from a Full-size to a Carry pistol. Slide and barrel conversions allow the P320 to change between calibers and barrel lengths as well. The P320 will be immediately available in 9mm, .40S&W and .357SIG, with .45ACP coming later in 2014. With a partially pretensioned striker, the P320 has a short, crisp trigger pull with a quick, pronounced reset right out-of-the-box. Featuring the Sig internal safety system, the P320 has no external safety or decocking lever to snag or hang up on the draw. SigLite night sights come standard, and the reversible magazine release makes the P320 completely ambidextrous.Category : PistolsType : PistolAction : DoubleCaliber : 9mmBarrel Length : 3.9″Capacity : 15+1Safety : Internal Safety SystemGrips : IntegralSights : NightWeight : 26 ozFrame Finish : Black

P320 – 9 converted to Sig .357

Posted by Mike Owens on Mar 1st 2015

Yeah baby. Now that what I’m talking about!! Converted in a snap. Could have converted to a full size for the same price but I carry and I wanted to keep it as compact as possible. I have added a Viridian C5L and now have a Hidden Hybrid Holster with with the ECR function so when I draw it the light and/or green laser come on automatically. When I holster it they shut off automatically. Great set up and the carry size it perfect for a concealed firearm. Operation wise, not a single problem after 300 rounds. The only issue is the damn price of Sig .357 ammo. Geez, I can buy 3 boxes of 9 mm for what 1 box of Sig .357 cost. Now that I have it zeroed with the laser and I have become comfortable with the snappier recoil, I have all mags filled with Hornady Critical Duty and it stays in it’s holster. Besides that, the .357 round itself is awesome and accurate. No complaints at all.

Updated Review

Posted by Mike Owens on Jan 14th 2015

My first review of the P320 was stellar. After having put about 300 rounds through it, I am having some frustrations. I have had multiple FTE’s beginning the second trip to the range. During the last trip I must of had 6 or 7 in 100 rounds. The gun was clean and the ammo was Blazer Brass 115g. I have researched this issue on the web and on several forums other owners are having the same problem. I’m going to use 124g for a while and see if that help’s to "break in the gun". Also,I plan to check with Sig and see what they say. I already have a .357 conversion kit on the way. Still love the gun but need to fix this somehow.

First Sig and LOVE IT!

Posted by Mike O. on Dec 27th 2014

This gun caught my eye when it was first advertized. Being a XD and XDM owner I decided to take a chance with it. I am pleased beyond expectations. It feels great in hand and it is a tack driver at any distance. Although is designated as the carry model it is a bit large, but the 15+1 capacity is very reassuring. I already put a C5L-G on it and I am ordering a custom made Hidden Hybrid Holster for it with the ECR function. Can’t wait till Sig starts releasing the caliber conversion kits. I don’t own a .40 yet, but I will.

Great gun!

Sig’s first striker fired gun feels good in the hand with a nice, light trigger pull. The bore axis also seems lower than normal Sigs so that recoil management is very good. Good Sig quality in a "Glock-like" gun.
