100% Solid Rifle!

I purchased this rifle and mounted a SWFA 5-20×50 scope on it. This rifle is heavy but shooting from a supported position or prone with a bi-pod, that weight absorbs the recoil incredibly well! This rifle feels like it is shooting .223 it is so solid on the shoulder. The adjustable stock is priceless for us long-armed shooters. The 10 round box is well made. The bolt is incredibly smooth and the adjustable trigger you barely feel against your finger. Again this is a heavy rifle but it translates to unbeatable control and precision on the range with a Harris bi-pod. I highly recommend this Savage rifle.

Awesome customer service

I had searched every local store for this rifle and was told that not only was it out of stock, but that thier suppliers were also out of stock without an anticipated delvery date. Impact had it listed as available online and I ordered it on Feb 15th. I picked it up today at a local store, on the 24th. The reviews of this rifle are all positive and I am eager to get it on the range. I found the representatives via live chat at Impact very helpful

How do I start the return process?

Log in to your www.florida-firearms.com account and locate and click on the “Request Return” link.
An Florida Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
