Glutton for ammo

Really nice heavy pistol. I’ve only had it to the range once so far, but it fired ammo I’ve had problems with in other pistols without a single hiccup. The rear sight was far enough from center that I couldn’t adjust it on target with the screw; I had to take it home and drift it in the dovetail. Like everyone else, I found it fit very tight and had to use a rubber mallet to get it apart and back together at least the first couple of times. I’ve got a 40 year old Standard that I don’t need to use a mallet, so I assume it’ll break in after a while and I won’t need the mallet any more. After it’s broke in and I have the sights adjusted, I imagine it will rise to a five-star.

How do I start the return process?

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
