Noveske Diplomat pistol Gen3

I bought this from the Boise store, and although it is expensive it is the best quality AR I’ve ever held. Upper and lower lock up firm, the fit and finish is perfect. The lower has a nice sized magwell flare and hasn’t had a problem with any magazines I’ve fed it. I love all the Noveske logos and markings. I put a Trijicon MRO with a Scalarworks mount on this and it shoots with laser precision. The KP5 Flaming Pig Blast Forwarder works well at throwing the blast concussion away from the shooter. I don’t like the Magpul MBus sights it came with so I switched them out to Troy Battle Sights (marked with Noveske logos), but some people may like them. I’ve put 1000+ rounds through this and haven’t had any failures. Oh yah, I put a Geissele 3 lb. single stage trigger in it. The original trigger is nice but pulled at around 5.5 lbs.

How do I start the return process?

An Florida Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
