Great shotgun!

The Mossberg 500 is the first shotgun I’ve ever owned; it was given to me when I turned 14. I’m now almost 22, and thousands of shells later this gun has not failed me yet. It’s comfortable to shoot and functions no matter what. I love the fact that it’s at such a great price and that it comes with the shorter barrel for defense. I’ve since attached a magnetic glow sight and a stock with a pistol grip on it and I love every inch of it. This shotgun will last a lifetime. I completely plan on buying another gun from Mossberg. Did I mention that Mossberg shotguns are among the very few that pass military specs?

I love my mossberg. I have used this in the dirt,rain and anything else mother nature decides to throw at me when Iam hunting but dirty or clean its never jammed or miss-fired. This gun is great gun and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes guns.

reliable, a bit chunky

For the money, its a great reliable gun that can be used for sport and safety. It does both for me. But compared to other pumps, the parts fit a little looser and I find it just a little "chunkier."

This is a fantastic weapon; I have put thousands of rounds through it and never had a failure. I use the 28 inch barrel for trap/skeet and when I get home I switch to the 18 inch barrel for home defense. There are also a plethora of products and upgrades available for the Mossberg 500 so you can configure it any way you like! You will not be disappointed with this shotgun!

How do I start the return process?

An Florida Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
