Better than Bud’s

Just received my Sub 2000. Good job by Florida Guns (did better than Bud’s this time) – cheaper price and faster shipping. Also love that I could pay with the credit card with no add’l surcharge (to get Bud’s listed price you have to send cash). The firearm came plenty dirty, but this is pretty much to be expected and I always field strip and thoroughly clean before heading to the range for the first time. Additionally, for a new gun it looked like it had possibly been shot recently? I know the manufacturer normally does a shooting test, but I guess I’d expect that they would clean it before sending to distributors (and I hope Florida Guns is not shooting these or using them as demos and still selling them as new). So far the only gripe about function is that the mag that came with it gets hung up in my P11 (one of the reasons I purchased this is because of the mag compatibility with Kel-Tec P11). However, the factory SW59 15 round mag I purchased works great in both the Sub and P11. Can’t wait to get it to the range – more to come after shooting.

How do I start the return process?

Log in to your www.florida-firearms.com account and locate and click on the “Request Return” link.
An Florida Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
