The best pistol I’ve ever owned

After years of trying many different pistols, starting with revolvers, then goind to semi-autos,

this is by far, the best handgun I have ver owned.

I use to own the regular USP .45, but did myself a favor finally got the tactical. H&K has been superb with any questions I ever had and even told

me where to purchase thread protectors….before they became mainstream. Accuracy outta the box is

astounding, averaging 2 1/2" at 25 meters. Could be better I’m sure if I were a better marksman. By the way, it will feed any ammo made, with the exception of 230+p Guardian Golds. But I have read many malfunctions with that brand of ammo in

many different USP’s as well. There is a little trigger creep when firing double-action at first, but very easy to get use to. Best $1,100 I have ever spent. The only other handgun maker that even comes close, is a Sig. Remember, you get what you pay for…….

How do I start the return process?

Log in to your www.florida-firearms.com account and locate and click on the “Request Return” link.
An Florida Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item, but may take longer depending on availability.

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
