Built from scratch at CZ Custom, the A01 is the evolution of the Shadow series as Angus would have done it. The frame is the star of the show and is hammer-forged, CNC-machined and then blued. Very obvious is its massively heavy dustcover which kills both recoil and muzzle rise. With a deep beavertail, under-cut trigger guard, raised 25 LPI checkering and an internal magwell, it combines classic CZ 75 ergonomics with purpose-driven features ideal for competition. To ensure that the trigger is up to snuff, both the hammer and the sear are directly pinned in the frame to solidify trigger pull consistency. DA pull weight is from 8-8.5 lbs while SA clocks in at 3-3.5 lbs and a short reset is standard. The slide is CNCed from 4140 bar stock and features front and rear serrations, CZ Custom low-mount rear sight and fiber-optic front. Icing on the cake is a 4.925” Match-grade bull barrel made from 416 stainless steel. Built for the higher capacity P-09/P-07/P-10 magazine platform, the A01-LD ships with two 19-round P-09 magazines. Best shooting pistol I have ever shot. First shot i fired at 25 yard target was center of bullseye. Action is incredibly smooth with insanely good trigger. The trigger has a short reset in single action with no take-up or over travel. It came with a target that was marked with a 8lb double and 3lb single action trigger pull. Grips are aggressive in their texture and keep the gun in place. I did change to the Lok Grips Boggie Palm Swells which fit my larger hands for a perfect fit. I am not a great shot however shooting about as fast as I could pull the trigger at 25 yards the target looked like I took about a 3 inch paper punch to it. I was told that I wouldn’t regret spending the high price for this pistol and I have to agree it is worth it.

How do I start the return process?

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
