This is hands down the BEST striker fired pistol I’ve shot. I’ve had many many Glocks, XD, XDM, Rugers, M&Ps, and others. Currently mostly stick to sa/da CZs but wanted to try this one out. Wasn’t that impressed when I first handled it. It is a little beefier than the Glock and M&P but that is really my only negative. It sits very low in the hand, the serrations are incredible making it easy to rack the slide from any area, and the trigger is fantastic. I am blown away mostly by how it shoots. I love the 40 and shoot it often. This thing shoots the 40 with less recoil than a Glock 19. Super flat and soft. Very happy with this one!!

How do I start the return process?

When will I get my credit or return?

What about damaged/incorrect items (not including non-returnable items listed above)?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Florida Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Florida Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Florida Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
